The main part of the network of automobile circuit is the automobile wire beam, so if there is no wire beam, there will be no automobile circuit. Automobile wire harness mainly refers to the component of connecting resistance formed by binding the terminals of contact parts made of copper to the cable wire, and then adding the plastic-pressed insulator or metal shell on the outside. So, if the car breaks down, how does the car line manufacturer check for poor exposure to the wiring harness?
1. Conduction test
At present, there is no such item at the time of product acceptance by the manufacturer of high-current wiring automobile wire, and the user can choose to conduct conducting inspection after installation. Therefore, it is recommended that the manufacturer of automobile wire wire should conduct conducting inspection for some key models one by one.
2. Single-hole separation force detection
The separation force of a single hole mainly refers to the separation force of the contact member in the state of insertion from rest to motion, which is used to indicate that the pin and the hole are in contact. Experiments show that if the separation force of a single hole is too small, the signal may be transient when subjected to vibration and impact load. It is more effective to detect contact resistance by means of single hole separation force. During inspection, it is sometimes found that the single hole has very poor separation force, but its contact resistance is qualified. Therefore, in addition to developing new contact parts with stable and reliable flexible insert contacts, the manufacturer should also conduct 100 percent single-hole separation force detection on the finished products to prevent signal instantaneous failure due to loose individual jack.
3. Instant detection
Some wiring harness of automobile is used in dynamic condition, while the experiment is only used to check whether the static contact resistance is qualified, but it is not difficult to guarantee whether the use contact in dynamic environment is reliable. Because some qualified connector contact resistance to impact and vibration while waiting for the emulation experiment, instantaneous power will still happen, so, for some of the higher reliability of automotive wiring harness, best can be hundred percent of the vibration of dynamic test, in order to test its reliability.
